Hmm. not so difficult, but upload slots for new members is limited. However, you have to be very quick for new torrents with lots of leechers, or you may use a trick.

For people who never know, the trick for new members at TL to boost their upload is doing "cross seeding". You may find how to do in google.

Cross seeding is like downloading a torrent from somewhere or public trackers (a torrent which is exactly same as in TL) and do seeding in TL.

All you have to do is aiming a torrent with lots of leechers. When you found one, go find it in public trackers, download it. When completed,
keep seeding as long as you can in TL. You know what I mean, don't you? << download that torrent from TL, go set download location, the file is in here. Ok utorrent will check it and seeddddd.
