The requirements:
1.Never had an account there
2.An active member of the community (at least 10 posts and 5 likes)
3.Like the post and add reputation
4. Reply mentioning me like @Helas
5. Don't PM me ( I will PM you)
6. Need good standing in atleast 2 private trackers and speedtest /seedbox
7.After creating id you have to download atleast 3 files and seed.
8. Lastly apply only if you need it.
NB: You must use the id. I regularly check my invitees and i found that many invitees just create account and never visit or never download anything. So why bother getting invite? If you are one of them don't ask. And after getting invite, if you don't download anything, then i will inform to the admin of here about your breaking commitment.

Dear @Helas, thank you for contributing to our community with this GiveAway!
Please make sure you follow these rules:
1) After sending the invites/accounts you posted, DO NOT FORGET to announce the winners in the thread and then close it. (At the top of the thread click Administrative/Close Thread/Proceed).
- Keep in mind that if you close the thread (while some users already applied) without announcing any winners (or even keep it open without announcing any winners) you may get banned permanently from TI.org!
2) Keep the thread open for a while, until you find some well deserved winners. Do not giveaway your invites/accounts to the first applicants, because good (maybe even better) users may apply later.
- The MAXIMUM period of time you can keep a thread open is 4 weeks. This is allowed ONLY for really good/rare trackers. For other, lower level trackers, 2 weeks is enough.
3) You are allowed to BUMP your thread (by posting "still available", "I am waiting for more applicants", etc.) ONCE EVERY 24 HOURS.
4) In order to make it even easier to keep in touch with each other you better use the mention system (@+Username). This way users get email notifications when somebody mention them and makes it way easier to give/get invites! For example:
"@TheTrader i would like this invite" OR "@TheTrader send me a PM with your email".
Quoting a user's post also does the job, since the system sends an email notification as well in this case.
