@kirill i'd like to apply, however I can't post any ratio levels since I used to be member of Houndawgs and after they closed Infinity-T but they apprently closed too shortly after. I've been on vacation so didn't get a chance at the open sign-up. as for a speedtest I'll pm one for ya.
