Post a couple of ratios and speed test for revtt . which one do you want more? I prefer to give one invite per person, then in a couple of days if i still have invites i give you more. i would highly recommend tvt if you just want tv stuff or you have slow connection. its my favourite and its mostly freeleech.

plz edit your ratio proofs because it shows your name, u should not use same name in here as the one in the trackers. I would recommand IPT for you, its just as good as Revtt in my opinion and has a lot more freeleech and packs. i love it , u will too. It is perfect for your speed(high down, low up). i am not sure why u want revtt, with your speed you cant possibly seed there, zero freeleech.it would be useless for u unless you plan to donate every month over there. i doubt it. it would be cheaper just getting a seedbox.

Plz edit your post, dont publish email here. Invite sent. i tell u same thing. u guys with low upload speed should try to find good ratioless trackers (GFT and PTN for example (go to irc and apply)or trackers with a lot of freeleech( IPT, TVT etc). IT is useless to have the best tracker in the world and not be able to use it. My two cents.

Your advice is valid, and thank you for the IPT invite offer, I already have one thanks.
The situation with upload speed is temporary, it will be resolved shortly. Its just something I have to endure for now.
