What is H&R? It means HIT AND RUN, In private tracker it again the sharing rule so it is not allowed.
Are you allowed to use the same username on TI and the tracker? NO.
Applying for metal.iplay which is for music based tracker purposes, learnflakes is for e-learning & secret cinema is for movies
