Important Rules/Notes:
* Karagarga comes with the attached mail. Others do not.
* If you are a cinephile and arthouse/cult lover, then Karagarga is what dreams are made of. FEW users will find this beauty of an archive a paradise. But for MOST, Karagarga is nothing special - you will be better off with general trackers like IPt or FL.
* All accounts are very well buffered. So, if you are a regular downloader, you won't have to worry about ratio. Just meet the seeding requirements. There is no seeding requirement on Karagarga. You have to seed for 7 days on Blutopia and Redtopia.
* I can guess all applicants for Karagarga will have awesome ratio/speedtest proofs but maintaining ratio on Karagarga is hard without a seedbox. So, I will require a seedbox proof and something more - maybe a proof of your arthouse library etc. This is to weed out collectors. Be creative, surprise me. Also, a joke about movies would be nice :)

* All applicants should have a basic understanding of English.

Please make sure you follow these rules:
1) After sending the invites/accounts you posted, DO NOT FORGET to announce the winners in the thread and then close it. (At the top of the thread press Administrative/Close Thread/Proceed).
- Keep in mind that if you close the thread (while some users already applied) without announcing any winners (or even keep it open without announcing any winners) you may get banned permanently from TI.org!
2) Keep the thread open for a while, until you find some well deserved winners. Do not giveaway your invites/accounts to the first applicants, because good (maybe even better) users may apply later.
- The MAXIMUM period of time you can keep a thread open is 4 weeks. This is allowed ONLY for really good/rare trackers. For other, lower level trackers, 2 weeks is enough.
3) You are allowed to BUMP your thread (by posting "still available", "I am waiting for more applicants", etc.) ONCE EVERY 24 HOURS.
4) In order to make it even easier to keep in touch with each other you better use the mention system (@+Username). This way users get email notifications when somebody mention them and makes it way easier to give/get invites! For example:
"@TheTrader i would like this invite" OR "@TheTrader send me a PM with your email".
Quoting a user's post also does the job, since the system sends an email notification as well in this case.
