Where did you find this information?
It is not true, the cross seed is allowed.
What is not allowed is to use the IPT .torrent file, which is something quite different.

Yes, indeed it's something quite different...!
It was what an IPT inviter on another thread, replied in PM as a reason to deny the invite.

So, finally, I am still interested ! :itsme:
