I know HDsource is German private tracker. I also have hdcenter and quorks from German. I love German content.
I think HDsource.biz is a nice tracker if you are looking for a tracker with German HD content. Speed is ok, there are also many webseeders.
Unfortunately, invite system is a bit complicated. A new account needs to be confirmed by inviter, and then again by staff. After a new user successfully joined the site, he needs to make a speedtest and pm it to the staff. If you have a seedbox, you will need to pm it's IP to the staff.
The community is great, there are also many users active in irc. Staff and also the members are always friendly and help you if you have any problems.
When you are power user, you can also join myTorrent. MyTorrent is another German tracker where you also can find non HD stuff. MyTorrent is the sister site of HDsource. They put their forums together. So, myTorrent-users and HDsoure-users have the same forum.
All in all, HDsource is one of my most used trackers. Especially if you are German, it's really worth to join it.

hdsource is one of best HD tracker, HDS is also famous for its encode, i want it for HD resource with German content

HDSource bans IP change, that's why they need to confirm the account twice, ask for your IP and so on. Try to give it to someone that have same country IP and also with email.

I've been looking for a good german tracker and haven't found one yet.
I'm actually pretty decent in german and lived there for awhile so I'd love
to be able to download some things in german to bring back some memories.
and heck even enhance my language abilities a bit. I'm getting pretty rusty after not speaking german for a couple years :p
