for trades it's good to type like this :

I received payment 10$ and I gave you revolutiontt.net buffered account
If you are the buyer you type in short comment visible to all "trusted seller" and you type in Additional comments: (Visible to buyer, seller
and staff only) "I got revolutiontt.net and sent you 10$"
Reason for typing "I received payment" in visible comments is for others to know that member can pay for real when it comes to buying.
Reason for typing price in additional comments when you sell is because if something happens you will probably need to refund and reason why you type what tracker you sold him is because maybe his account won't work anymore or something like that and you will give him new account for free instead of refund
In trades it's important to type what you traded so you know in case something happens with the accounts (they get disabled for example)
etc.

This is not 100% required but it's what I do because I can't remmember everything I sell/trade etc. so it helps me refund money or give new invite for free.
