Paypal Problem

I have a fuc**ng problem with my paypal account .

I cannot send any money because i receive this error : We weren't able to confirm you're the account holder
Error Message
Before you can continue, we need to make sure that you own this account.

Somebody have any idea about how i can fix this ?

Paypal usually asks for verification of some kind that you, indeed, are the owner of the account. There are 2 different levels you can have and both require this kind of verification to an extent.

1. basic requires things like your Social Security Number etc

2. verified I believe requires an actual ID or photo proof of your SSN


To find out what they are wanting from you sign in to your PayPal and go to "Resolution Center". Then scroll down to "Steps to Provide More Information" and see what they have listed there for you.
