I need help with utorrent settings for better upload speeds

my upload speeds are terrible and I would like to know what are the best settings in utorrent to increase upload speeds. I currently have a green check mark in utorrent so no problems there.
this is what i get when i run the built in utorrent speed test

Utorrent / options / setup guide / run test / save and close :bebored:you can change the upload limit, it's set at 80% of your bandwidth by default. Might have browsing slowdown.
