Another great software for taking screenshots and much more is ShareX ( https://getsharex.com/). Among the most useful functions to use "on the fly" are those to draw lines and arrows, shapes, write, pixelate, blur, highlight, add stickers and emojis and much more. It can also be configured to automatically upload to dozens of different image hosting sites, it can create videos and gifs and upload them to youtube, gyphy and other sites ... It has endless settings for quality, format and others properties of created screenshots/gifs/videos.

Nice guide. What if I use VPN? Would that have any effect on the proofs I need to proof given at least I am not in banned countries?

If it is not specified in the guide, I believe you do not have to prove anything. But wait for the staff's response of course.
