i reccomend OVH and kimsufi which is OVH retailer.Kimsufi have good prices as in 20 euros i think for 250 gb space and core2 duo server with 1 gb of ram.You should checkout theri webpage for more details

I head some site might ban you by mistake if you use a seed box. They might seen your upload bandwidth is very high and think you are manipulating your client. Does this ever happen to anyone? What's the best practice? Should we inform the admin of a private torrent site before we choose to use a seed box?

yeah thats true...some sites don't see that you use seedbox and they ban you....to avoid this you can send to a mod your seedbox ip and your provider through a pm,then w8 for a response...he will put a note on your account...also you should post on your profile that you use seedbox and the ip(not full) for example: i am using a seedbox with ip 174.89.**.** from (put your seedbox provider)
