How to get good uoload stats on trackers

I can tell you how to get good upload on anytracker.
This month I got a free seedbox from TheTrader. Thanx.
What I did was Downloaded intresting stuff from diffrent trackers (public & private(freeleech only)) Then made a torrent(with announce url from the tracker that I want buffer on), then uploaded it on the tracker. 20-30 people downloaded one of my torrent of size around 20GB thus I made great UpLOAD stats for myself.
I cannot tell exactly how much buffer I built up using this trick , but I can give you an approximation.
On some trackers like bitgamer I made up around 600GB of buffer in around 15 days of seeding.
