Itīs very easy and quick
1 - Copy the link of the video on youtube witch you want to mp3
2 - Open http://www.video2mp3.net/
3 - Paste your link to convert box
4 - Choose HQ
5 - Then click Convert

Also you can ust add "pwn" to the URL before "youtube" and you'll be given multiple options for download formats. One of them is to just download video as mp3.
Just Change:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxxx
To:
http://www.pwnyoutube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxxx
*This trick does not work for https! So take out the "s" also so its just http and it will work.
