What you need:
SupRip
1. Launch SupRip.
2. "Open" the SUP file you wish to OCR.
3. Click "Auto-OCR".
4. When the OCR process is complete, return to the main tab and correct and errors. SupRip will learn as you correct and will apply any learned characters to the rest of the subtitle.
5. Go to the "SRT" tab and "Save" your SRT file. You're done!
