It was a portuguese tracker named "Btuga". It is close for a while now!
It was a romanian tracker, lasttorrents.org, but it has closed some years ago.

My first 2 trackers were GKS, a fantastic french tracker, and AnimeBytes, so lucky to have joined it when it was easy :o
