I got now 1 week no problems with utorrent but since 1 day i get sometimes "no incoming connections" error for an half hour and after the half our it says all is perfect and shows me the green button, i dont know what i should do to fix it anyone of you have tipps for me? ( i need to know because i want to setup my own seedbox )

Try look up "port forwarding"

Edit: Saw your other post about port forwarding. You need a static ip and not a dynamic ip to do it. For some ISP's its free or like 2-5$ extra a month.

No you dont need static ip for port forwarding. People buying static ip because ISP's are using something called cgnat and if you are in cgnat u cant open port. Buying static ip get you out from cgnat. If your isp dont use cgnat or you are not in it, you dont need to buy static ip.

my problem is not port forwarding because i forwarded some port and this port is working i check on canyouseeme.org and portchecker.io. And i toggled for myself in my router a static ip for my raspberry pi and toggled it on my raspberry pi to static. the error no incoming connection is randomly showing up, but the most time the hook is green.

if you forward your port properly and your connection is fine than ignore utorrent.
