Tough to tell really as I don't keep track but probably around 200GB. Can't download much since don't have enough space on HDD right now. Def planning on an upgrade.

Never thought of it depends on month from min 50GB to 300GB usually are movies and tv series and from time to time get some aps but when i jump overboard is when a new PC game is released this come from 50-100GB
