Not fast enough. Not sure the rated speeds since it's provided free from the apartment building but I see at most 5-6MB down and about 1.5MB up.

I quit my Bittorrent activities in year 2004, I have been really active in eDonkey2000 Community but it is loooong time ago. And I moved out to a country where ISP's have only ISDN as internet Access so I was unable to do it from home. Latly 2011 I got 2 Mbit SDSL and 2016 I got G.Vector. Now I am back to business!
My ISP has upgraded our infrastructure from 2 MBit SDSL to 100/40 Mbit VDSL G.Vector.
116 MBit Download = My Max measured kimit 11.4 MByte/sec Download Abg I reach 11 MByte/sec
43 MBit Upload = My Max measured limit 4.1 MByte/sec Upload Avg I reach 4 MByte/sec
Line is really stable!
IPv4 and IPv6 is DHCP lease is 180 Days or renewed on every reconnect.
I have an Rootserver running OpenVPN AES-256-Blowfish with 100/100 and unlimited Bandwidth and about 72 ms latency within Datacenter on Cyprus. I am using VPN because of the DMCA's. You know. ;-)
I have currently seeded about 6 TByte on Public Torrents and DHT in nearly one Month from home. This is really amazing. Now I want go back to torrent and share my line!

25 down, 1 up. I have a history of bad luck. My last residence was 50m from being (at the time 4 years ago) 20mbit but now 200mbit capable, with the promised upgrade still waiting to happen. Now its worse, across the street they can get 300mbit. I am hoping, hoping, hoping for a 50/5 upgrade to happen this year.
100mbps down and 20mbps up.
In night I have sth about 25DL and 20UP, but in midday I have sth about 15/10
Stable 50 mbps dw & 10 mbps ul
I live in one of the richest european countries and up until last week I had 6mbps down / 0.4mbps up.
After months of complaining they finally upgraded me to 30mbps down / 10mbps up, which is ok for normal internet use, but not great for torrents.
Hence the need for a seedbox :)
100 up and 100 down :)
