GERD Chronic Acid Reflux

Was wondering who else has this. I get it 24/7 since December. My mom got it at 30 I got it at 28.

*I have NERD non erosive so the meds never worked on me (waiting on a surgery in a year for the nissen)
*What do you have GERD or NERD (erosive with inflammation or Non erosive) I hear non erosive never goes erosive.

So if you have any of the 2 tell me about yourself if anything worked what you did. Me I have a food diary of trigger foods and substances. I hear CBD oil can help with the imflamation if you have gastritis and such. Its a sad sickness to have but heck we are all alive to have fun and sometimes suffer. I choose to have a blast every day while having a hard time. Just smile ure alive :P
