When does CGPeers forum opens for registration?

I have been a member of CGPeers for a while and I still dont have access to the forum.
How does one register? Is it closed forever?

Hi @leuldereje, I tried to register as a new member but I can't.
When I click submit it tells me this :

Couldn't proceed with registration
(Error: 0xE4000005)

Do you know how can I solve this?

i was a member for years. i didnt use CG Peers as much in the last 2 years. Now when i try login it says my account is disabled, contact admin. However i cannot get hold of an Mod to try help me resolve this. Have you or anyone else had this issue?
