What userclass can sent invites on CHDBITS and HDCHINA ?

i think vip can send now on chdbitse (may be wrong someone will confirm if im right), not sure about hdchina tho bro.

CHDBits:
We decide to lower the requirement of sending invites for a week. From 1 June to 7 June, "Power User" and higher classes will be able to send invites. We've disabled bonus-invite exchange from now. Only those who already have invites in their account can invite.

Also, we'll start another assessment of statistics to encourge user activity.

In normal time, VIP and above

HDChina:
The user who registered for at least 24 WEEKS, UPLOAD > 10T, DOWNLOAD > 500G, RATIO > 1.2.

hdchina:
Here are some changes about users whose rank are qualified to send invitations.They are now limited to "*****"and above, including donors,uploaders, VIPs, "****"(contributors) and staffs.

Suggestions for those whose rank are below "******":

1.To exchange your invitation for upload credits, forum tools, personalized title,etc.One invitation equals to 40000 bonus points.

2.To send your invitation till you reach "*****"

3.To become other senior users who are allowed to send invitations.

4.To send your invitation when it comes to some special festivals.
