Use tracker for streaming tv/movies?

Anyone use trackers for streaming there movies or TV shows?
I am guess you would have to be VIP on your tracker for this to work otherwise you would be hit with h/r or ratio problems.
People already do it with public trackers using Kodi and other apps

you can use ipt, it has a huge collection of streaming service for all countries
