Tracker for subtitles ? Especially French

I'm wondering if there are any trackers that offer subtitles in French and English faster than Opensubtitles or tvsubtitles ?

If not I guess the best trackers in VOSTFR ...? (I see stuff in streaming faster than srt are available on those websites sometimes...)

Is TI only English oriented or all trackers oriented ?

Could be nice to have some main languages lists.

It's hard enough to play some VO stuff with my girlfriend but I have to make some effort to listen some crappie traduction some times...
