Tracker for it and programming tutorials

Is there any good public/provater tracker for programming and udemy/frontendmasters tutorials ?

Learnflakes is the best for this, BitSpyder is good too. But public trackers have the most, like 1337x and rutracker.

You'll also find a lot of tutorials in Public trackers. Trust me, I've downloaded a lot of tutorials from Public trackers which I couldn't find in some Reputed Private trackers.
