How often are they recruited for PTP?
If you already see the recruit thread because of your rank on that tracker. I don't think that's enough.
I think applicants are also selected, so it’s not automatic. Eg uploaded amount of data (sufficient amount of uploaded data is unknown) or something else
This has been the case in previous years:
Red: TM+ rank, 6m old acc, no warnings
HDB: 1080i rank, 6m+ old acc, 350 GB up, 75000 Bp
GGN legendary gamer+, 1 year old acc
BTN EU+, 6 m old acc
