Upload and download speed depends on the peers. If the peers have good upload speed then you can download from them at high speed. If they can download from you at high speed then you will have greater upload speed. I don't believe upload speed depends on any trackers but i get good speed on every tracker im in.

well on most trackers that i use i always get pretty good speed ,cant complain about that at all...

AR is probably the best. Hit good speeds on IPT as well for new stuff and most others.

IPT for me is the fastest the place is full of seedboxes :)
