The point is that some trackers like TL&other trackers that has no bonus points and barely any freeleech files,are know to be very hard to seed.So if you don't have super fast internet connection or seed box,you will suffer to maintain good ratio and also the one who invited you will be in danger as they will block his account if you can't keep good ratio or if you tried to cheat.Quote:

A Speedtest is telling a similar story... For example, some 3rd world countries do not have solid internet infra-structure. So giving your invite to a person who has crap internet speeds is a sure-fire sign that they won't be seeding files very well.
All proofs (ratio & speed) are a way to help understand and learn about the ppl you're inviting, because they could ultimately effect your account as well.
The goal is to be able to enjoy private trackers safely and with longevity. ;)
