If you are using seedbox in TL ,you have to notify staffers through IRC or pm so as not to suspect youQuote:

and why i can not download the files that puplished recently
@basam new users have a wait time (few hours) before they can download new stuff.try to cross seed until you get a good buffer, and then you wont have that wait time, and be able to download new stuff also.
TL has wait time for new users, or users with ratio well below 1, if i recollect right 16hrs max to be exact and it decreases depending on the ratio b/w (0-1), try to reach 15Gb upload with ratio above 1 you will not have wait times. Best way to build ratio there is by cross seeding, download old/new torrents with leechers still at it from there(better not from TL as you will get warned if you fall behind certain ratio and will get banned as well after few days if not make up the ratio) or some place else and seed there long as possible.Quote:
