PTN problem after application accepted

Hi!
I applied for PTN, and it looks like I got accepted, on the invite application I get this message:

You have applied on YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS with the email xxxxxxx.
You application status is accepted - You are in!

But I got no email (also checked the spam folder) or anything to tell me how to register.
Has anyone encountered this problem? How did you proceed?

They accepted users based on profile links. The fact that the application was submitted doesn't mean you were accepted.
