pretome help

I recently been invited to pretome tracker. I made an account and was able to log into the site. Somehow I been logged out and I dont know how to log back in. Can somebody please tell me how to relog back into pretome website.

I lost control of the email that had my pin for my pretome account. How the heck can I go about regaining control of my account since I can't even log into it to change the email. >.<
