Pedro's registration problem

Did anyone here encounter a blank page or return to registration page after want to complete the registration at Pedro's registration page?
Last few days, I have send my friend an invite but he encounter a problem. After he want to complete the registration it return again to registration page..
I have search in their forum, but no one reporting this problem. What is the cause? because my friends IP or something else? My friends is from same country with me.. I think that should be a problem..

Try to join to irc server ( irc.xbtmusic.org ) #help and ask a staff member about this.
