From what I was told, by a supposed PTH user, is that normal users on the site cannot invite yet, Hopefully the normal users of PTH will be able to send outside invites out soon. I would love to get my hands on one ;)

For WCD refugees, it's made a comeback. It's now called NotWhat.CD. If you got proof of old membership (screenshot, invite letter and mebee ability to talk yur way into NSA HQ) you got a good shot. Go here to find out whatis what (orf whatnotwhat lol)
