A general question for everyone...
Would you be willing to paid for a torrent tracker on a per month basis if it included forums, tracker, good admin panel and the ability to ad addons later?
Or are there so many free solutions that the last thing you would do is pay for a tracker?

If you create a new tracker nowadays you really don't stand a chance. Unless you can offer something unique and interesting. What kind of source is it based on? Gazelle? TBDev?
It would be completely custom. Not based on anything.
