Open trackers RSS / Alert system

Hi guys,

Perhaps my topic will remind you of previous discussions about "How being notified that a particular private tracker torrent is open for registration?"
Of course, we have:

1. our dedicated section "Open trackers" at TI.org.
2. In the past, some software like Opentracker Checker on Windows was quite effective, but not really anymore (as far as I'm concerned).
3. Some websites like Opentrackers and BTRACKS are still active.
4. One of our members propose to use Google tags to verify which tracker is open.

But my idea is that I would like to create a list of torrent trackers and then receive a notification (RSS, email, push...) when one is open. Ideally, a push notification with PushOver would be great (I already use it with SR, CP and rTorrent... very useful).
