Can someone explanate what does it mean 50k Top requirement for elite user rank?

It means you need to upload enough data to be placed in the top 50k users according to your monthly upload

Rankings are checked on the first day of each month, when the list is closed (00:01 - 01:00). User classes are granted for the next month to eligible users.
