Hi! Im not 100% on this.

But Grip = User
Key Grip = Power User = 4 Weeks on site. 200GB Upload and 0.7 Ratio.
The problem is i think ratio is not viewable. So maybe just 4Weeks on site + 200GB Upload.
I've upgraded mine that way.

So i've notice you're Key Grip now, so to be Camera Op = Elite User you need to upload 500GB Upload an 8Weeks on site.
