Looking for Finnish tracker staff

I hope this thread is okay, if not mod feel free to delete it.

I'm looking to open a new Finnish tracker and since I have no connections to the current ones I need to look for my staff a bit more openly. I'd need maybe couple guys to start with, and it would be neat if at least one had enough exterience with PHP and the likes to be able to make sure that the site runs fine. I can do some little edits, but coding in PHP I can't do. The site itself is already up and running on a test server, so the project doesn't start form completely scratch ;)
