@saken You can look for : Karagarga, MySpleen, SocietyGlitch, Secret-Cinema, Cinemaggedon, Cinematik are all trackers I think that would benefit from your uploads, depending on what type of 80's content you have, any tracker would benefit from it I guess :) I'm pretty sure I missed some trackers too !
