I use to use iptorrents but then pc died and took a while before I had one that was up and running again, anyway my account was deleted and the site is invite only which I can't get so are there any good open trackers that are as good as iptorrents?

First of all , you should get rid of Open (Non) private trackers getting lots of problems that's why we DON'T recommend any open ones!
Also , we got plenty of IPTorrents invites in normal GA section & we got Un-limited IPTorrents invites giveaway on VIP section ;)
for similar trackers like IPT (but also private ones) : TorrentDay , TorrentLeech , Filelist .

Try to get in alpha ratio (since you don't have a seedbox). It will serve the general purpose needs.

I don't think any open or public tracker can be an alternative to IPt. Speed.cd, HD-Space, rutracker and rarbg are the closest trackers though.
AlphaRatio, Filelist, Torrentleech can be very good alternatives. Try your luck in giveaway section. Invites are pretty abundant for these.
