TheVault and Biztorrents are finance/economics based trackers so they will definitely have what you are after (TheVault is almost impossible to get into nowadays). Just so you know forex trading is quite a common topic and you should be able to find material in most of the general elearning trackers like TheGeeks, bitspyder, learnbits and bitme (the last two are quite hard to get into also).
Elbitz had a lot of courses about forex ..wait until it's up again..
Biztorrents dont have forex courses..
