So, after purchasing an invite to this tracker and signing up, my account was banned due to low ratio after less than a week...funny thing is I hadn't downloaded a god damned thing. So, I guess a ratio of 1 to 1 is not good enough for this "super-all star tracker." Fuck you Torrent Leech.
Have you tried to talk with any staff member of TL?
Also, you should relax and be careful with your words, you don't need to discharge your anger like that..

and talk with them, if that truth you are talking you get your account back :)
Thanks for all your help. Issue resolved but I just don't understand the rules. It turned out I was in error. I had downloaded and fell below the necessary ratio. However, I seeded for 80 consecutive hours. I'm new to this torrent thing but if the tracker rules says you must seed 72 hours and you do, why would they have closed the account? After all, it's not my fault nobody else wanted the torrent. Anyhow, I was given some time to try to fix my ratio.
just one thing need remember for this tracker.. you should never download the old torrent that not have someone else leech it.. your ratio will not fix.. (they have no bonus system).Quote:

IPT have bonus system, H&R system and more.. TL don't have this.. and much more is hard to maintain the ratio if you are new..

If you are new to torrenting make sure you read all the tracker rules when you sign up ... this actually should be done by even experienced users but usually seeding stuff forever and having high ratio helps you survive.

Umm....yeah. I did read the rules. That's why I'm a bit miffed. The rules are not clear as to whether you need to seed each torrent to a certain ration OR seed for 72 hours OR both. Obviously, you must do both...but that is clearly NOT what the rules say. Anyway, as it stands, I'm pretty sure I'll be losing my account as 100 gigs if tough to make up...even with outside seeding.

@LEO I agree, and its one of the more lenient trackers in my experience. If they had freeleech they would be the best general tracker, or one of the best.

Well, I bought TL : ) but it was only four bucks...so who cares? As for the tracker itself. I don't see whats so great. For the past few days, there hasn't been much in the way of new content and the the commenter who said IF they had free leech, they'd be great....well, guess what, they don't. I'm basically done with any tracker that doesn't have freeleech. I find it impossible to maintain ratios unless you are only getting the latest stuff, most of which I have no interest in. And to the commenter who says their rules are clear, I defy you to copy and paste the part of their rules that says anyone who falls below a .04 ratio will be automatically banned...not warned, but banned. You can't, because it ain't there. So while their rules may be clearly spelled out, apparently they don't follow them.
Man I'm sorry you had such a shitty experience there, I highly recommend IPT from what your needs and wants sound like you would make out like a bandit there. Boatloads of freeleech, ratio wont be hard even with an average connection, active as hell forums, and best of all invites are FREE and easy to get.Quote:
