cartoon-bits.com vs Cartoonchaos.org which one is better?

I would have to say, Cartoon Chaos is the better of the two. More active user base, and more content.

I'm not a member of Cartoonbits, but I can tell you that CC barely has some activity.

CC seems to be bigger.

Yes but cartoon bits have just 1 years..cc has much more ;)
