The best tracker for ebooks is certainly Bibliotik, but it's unreachable for most users.

bib, myanonamouse. If you can't find something on mam you can try requesting for it. Maybe someone will download the file from bib and fill it for you.

The best tracker is not a tracker. Its the biggest library of ebooks , libgen.io

If you don't find something there , it probably not uploaded anywhere
