I'd recommend Myanonamouse or MaM. Not a comic book exclusive site but has a variety of contents there including DC, Marvel and other comic books as well. You can join via an interview which they have 2 times every week and it's not difficult to pass. Maintaining ratio is not an issue and tracker's got a great bonus system. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
