TorrentShack is the best ratioless tracker for general use,period.
After that,I'd go for GFT & PTM. Of course,BTN is the best ratioless tracker for TV shows. PxHD is also quite good for movies,I've heard.
TSH - PTm - Ncore are the best for me

for movies PTM & NCore in different language . and if you want nice looking tracker maybe PixelHD .
There are many movies Trackers i think some offers good bonus system so ratio is your least worries .
Like many said BTN is the best ratioless tracker or Tv-shows.
For general ratioless trackers: Tsh for fast pretimes, nCore for content, and preTome.

I have been using PreToMe for now since that is the only ratioless tracker I currently have! I must say it is pretty awesome. I'm definitely interestd in nCore and TorrentShack now as well.
