How come it is on CHDBits?

They always seem to release full BLU-Rays first. Are there any other trackers like them?

Well everything is made in China, right? Including the blurays.

There are many Chinese trackers nowadays, like HDWing, TTG, HDRoute etc.

Yeah but all of them are throttling the new released Blu-Rays to 150-200kbps untill their team gets a scene release first... Stupid.
