Is anyone else ambivalent towards waffles.ch

Hi I think that waffles really had a shot at becoming the next what however I think that there run too late and there moment has passed I mustn't be the only one that is frustrated by the lack of progress made by the waffles team
now I know running a server is hard particularly with the influx of traffic that would be coming their way as well as optimisations to the PHP front-end but seriously how long does it take to migrate a site database to a host
but I could be completely wrong given I have never run a site on the same scale but nonetheless it shouldn't have taken this long
but do you all think that they missed the boat or will they come back with a vengeance please note I am disabled and use speech recognition software to type which is not always 100% accurate so I do apologise for any spelling or grammar issues all the best to you all of will
