I've seen a lot of Chinese and Korean trackers but haven't seen any Japanese ones, I thought there would be many of these.

lol, who told you that? I've been using P2P for over 6 years in Japan both public and private.

Anyway, the Japanese do file share but not by using trackers and BitTorrent clients. See DarkNet and 洒落

for music jpop;suki is very good on korean and japanese content.

how about j league, how japanese to share sports video inside japanese sports, such as women volleyball and basketball, and j1 football league?
